Common questions

Things people usually ask first

Depending on your package, it includes a content shoot, caption writing, scheduling and publishing across your platforms, and a monthly check-in. The Signature and Partner packages also include community management — replies, DMs, and engagement handled in your voice. Everything is planned around your business, your season, and your goals.

Not necessarily. The Presence package works with photos and videos you already have. The Signature and Partner packages include a monthly content shoot — I come to you, capture what's happening in your business, and build the month's content from there. Photography is also available as a standalone service if that's all you need right now.

Usually two to three weeks from our first conversation to your first post going live. I use that time to understand your business properly, set up a content plan, and — if you're on a shoot package — schedule our first session. I'd rather take the time to get it right than rush something out.

Mostly boutique accommodation, cafés, restaurants, and coastal lifestyle businesses across the Coffs Coast and Northern NSW. The common thread is owner-operators who care deeply about the quality of their business and want their social media to reflect that — not look like it was done by a template.

I work on a month-to-month basis with a short notice period — no lock-in contracts. Invoices are sent monthly in advance. I work with a small number of clients at a time, so if we're a good fit I do ask for a reasonable commitment to get the best results.

As little as possible, by design. A quick monthly check-in, a content shoot if you're on that package, and a weekly content schedule sent to you for approval before anything goes live. Each weekly schedule includes one round of revisions — you review, flag anything you'd like adjusted, and I handle the rest. Beyond that, I take care of it so you can stay focused on running your business.

Before anything goes live, I send you a weekly content schedule — the selected images, captions, and planned posting times — all in one place. You review it, let me know if anything needs adjusting, and I handle the rest. Each schedule includes one round of revisions as standard. It's designed to keep you informed without turning into an inbox problem.
